I was able to negotiate prices with the seller because of the shipping costs were high for the particular car part. I ordered a bumper "primed", it arrived as described, but it had a few minor damages. It requited additional prep work before painting. The shipping was a little long but that's because the part comes from a company in Germany. overall it took me about 30 days to receive. The packaging was pretty terrible. the box was just a box and was pretty torn up during shipping. there was no sort of stuffing or reinforcement of the box inside luckily the lip itself was not damaged the protective plastic film on it did its job.
