    Everything you need!

    I love this trainer. It's lightweight and folds well: easy to tuck away at home when you aren't using it or travel with. It's super easy to set up, too. High quality, highly recommend.

    The pro's use these for warm-ups - the resistance is definitely harder in higher gears than I was expecting. Significantly more than regular old school rollers.
