    The wrong item was sent to me but the seller answered my messages right away. The seller quickly refunded me for the mistake so that was good. However, I missed out on other seller's offers while waiting to receive this item from the seller. I doubt if I would order from this seller again since this mix up took up valuable time waiting to receive the jacket. The jacket was also missing the hood and it seems I was sent two shells instead of a complete jacket. However, the seller was fair.
