Was informed by Royal Mail yesterday, (Friday) that my parcel would be delivered on Monday and they supplied a 4hour time slot. Guess what? It was delivered today (Saturday) but they did send me an email to say it had been delivered. Very happy with the seller and the item, but puzzled by Royal Mail.

Sadly my order was damaged in delivery, due to the contents this was dangerous and so both the delivery company and the seller acted proactively to resolve the situation. I was offered a replacement or a full refund. I choose a full refund and received the funds swiftly. If I had chosen the replacement they would have expedited the delivery process. Top Quality service, great added value.
