Seller was able to repair, program, clean and update my Oticon S-3 affordably. Total cost was about 3/5th the quote from my audiologist. Both devices are working well. I did request the additional repair service due to a reception and blue tooth malfunction. If you need to get more life from your aids and need to save money, contact this seller. I'm pleased and I have recommended the service to a family member.

I had no way of knowing what to buy to fix, no one including the aide Co would help. I messaged seller about my issue,and by sending a picture, they new right away what I needed!Part was packaged excellently shipped right away and I received it in just 3days, works exactly as it was described, less expensive than a new hearing aid! This seller wiil be my first call if problems occur again.

This seller was a gem to work with. We probably exchanged maybe ten emails before I purchased. I believe that I got what I paid for. Now the only question that remains is, did I buy the right tool, and does it work. i don't know the answers to those questions yet. But, seems to have been a positive experience.
