- i***i (608)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseMy order was canceled because one set in the lot was missing a disc. Seller did not contact me first to see if I was willing to accept the rest of the DVDs and did not reply to inquiries about still taking the rest of the lot. Seller offered a discount on other items in their store. I was willing to do another order without the missing set, but seller did not reply. I am willing to bet this seller will relist the items individually or as a lot but significantly higher in price. Stay away.Reply from: letsmakethesale- Feedback replied by seller letsmakethesale.- Feedback replied by seller letsmakethesale. This set was missing a disc, so I didn’t want to ship it incomplete. I try to make sure every item matches its description, and sending it as-is could have led to an ‘item not as described’ case, or return issues. I felt it was better to cancel than risk delivering something that wasn’t accurate. I thought we were on the same page with the discount offer, but I see now I should have been clearer. I’m working on improving communication and double-checking items so this doesn’t happen again.
