Firstly the part arrived in Australia within two weeks of ordering it however because my husband had not read the description properly it ended up being the incorrect part when I contacted Customer service I got an immediate response and they were so helpful. We managed to locate the correct part and have re-ordered that and eBay have immediately initiated a refund the service from both the company and eBay were exceptional. I would recommend iWerks.
