    Great tripod for Plein Air painting

    The Manfrotto 3405 and 390 head are a very stable combination. The leg drop down smoothly and easily by simply twisting the leg locks. I use this tripod combination for plein air painting. I can attach my paint box easily to the reoveable attachment plate, then pivot it on to the head and latch it in.
