    The songs will take you back....you'll remember an old flame or two, and smile.

    The songs actually have lyrics that you will remember. Romantic music was different back then...it was actually worth listening to the words....back when we wore ties and button-downed shirts on dates...and not T-shirts... and composers had a vocabulary. Great smooth delivery by Rod Stewart. Get a couple and send the extras to an old flames.

    Golden Oldies

    If you love the golden oldies, you will fall in love with all four cd’s of The Great American Songbook...plus the 5th cd which has the best of the four volumes. I love all five. cds. They are fabulous! I listen to them every night. Very romantic. Rod Stewart is wonderful.

    Some of Rod's Best

    You would not think that Rod's gravelly-threat rocker voice would lend itself well to forties tunes, but he makes the songs come alive. All CD's from THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK are beyond fabulous!
