Parts were in NEW condition with bright clear part marking. SUCCESSFULLY tested device in MAX743CPE "OEM Application Circuit" (OEM datasheet page 3 & 6) at both ±12V and ±15V output setting. MAX743CPE produce ±15V power at 100mA load (connected between +Vout & -Vout) as advertized by OEM. The device was powered from +5Vdc Source. Source Current was 1.01 Adc. 👍👍
