I purchased a "near mint"toy and it arrived with a loose, broken part(plastic tab). It is a small part , but unique and critical to the value of the item. I believe the problem was he shipped the toy in its original box which was weak from age instead of separately packing the original box and the toy. Upon contacting the seller with photos of the damage, he told me that the item was mint when he shipped it and he has no further responsibility. I had requested compensation and he refused.
