    I hate leaving negative feedback so I chose neutral. I ordered a set of lotion and soap and another facial set. I received the former but the facial set was not included in the package. It probably was an honest mistake in packing. I requested for refund and still waiting response. Or if I decide to order again, maybe the seller would agree to send the set I failed to receive now by then. I am not gonna claim she is a bad seller as I have said, its probably an honest and unintentional mistake.
