The seller was quick to respond and compensation was offered as the bracelet had marks on it which were not listed in the photos. Took over ten days until the seller listed the item as shipped.     The watch shipped 4 days after it was ordered, which was later than I would have hoped. That said, once shipped, the item only took 4 days to get to my door from Japan (to California). Also, the item came very well packaged, complete with paperwork and warranty information. Good seller.
