Dried 'shrooms: a wonderful ingredient!
These dried mushrooms -- in quite the variety -- are a boon for my vegetarian diet. One of my neighors gave me some of hers, and I loved the flavor and heft they added to my dishes. Healthy as can be, as well. Will cook these with pleasure, eat with enjoyment and order more. Thank you!
