I spent $250 on a helmet and seller refused to let me return the item for a refund after explaining it was defective. They said they weren't going to do that because it was past the 30 day window for returns. I bought the item at the end of March and it wasn't quite riding season yet in New York so when I went to use it recently being past the 30 days I realized it was defective. I tried to explain that to the seller but they're using the 30-day no return to their favor.
