    Beloved fairytales being acted out by famous people, and filmed well.

    I loved watching these shows when I was young & am thrilled to be able to enjoy them again. It is also a treat to be able to share these stories and storytelling style (filmed theater) with my young children.

    Memories

    I watched these fairy tales from Shelley Duvall, with my kids, years ago when they were children. We still talk about some of them so, I decided to get the set for them. I am very pleased with the quality of the fairy tales and it is fun to see all the famous actors in these roles. The box and DVDs were in excellent condition even though they were used.

    Retro awesome

    If you're a kid at heart you'll love this set of classic fairy tales. Each episode is like a movie. There are plenty of famous faces like Shelly Duval, Robin Williams, Terri Garr, Mick Jagger, Matthew Broderick, etc. There are no subtitles though and the sound isn't super otherwise I'd have given it five stars. My kids enjoy it anyway and so do I.
