The ladders were collected by courier, returned to seller and new ones re-sent to me within a few days. Could not fault this seller in any way. Great customer service all round. Thanks.

However if this was a genuine error, they would have changed the listing. Now even after 2 weeks, the listing still shows the original price for the item with shipping. Very dishonest practices used by this seller. I would avoid them in the future.
