It did not have any type of barrier to indicate that this was a new, unused item. Additionally, buyer forgot the part when she message the DAY of delivery where she asked if we were an Amazon retailer, which we find very disingenuous for her to not mention that, where her feedback acts like she messaged us before buying and/or right after sale and we intentionally misled her
