    The CD was new in the wrapper, as described on the listing. It arrived fairly quickly. But the shipping packaging wasn't very protective. The jewel case was smashed. But they took care of me and offered a credit for the jewel case damage. I would buy from them again. They communicate quickly. But I suggest they ship discs with a little more protection.
