    Lladro was to be delivered by Royal Mail 4th to 6th February but did not arrive until 11th February. Seller chased Royal Mail. Disappointed as paid for postage and tracked 48! Packaging was fantastic and in box. Lladro as described and looks beautiful. Great value for money. So pleased with my purchase.
