The listing doesn't state anywhere that it is george home and implies that it is from a disney store. They didn't send it when they were supposed to as it was only sent on the day it was due. Where did we state Disney Store? Duvets directly from the Disney Store cost minimum £40 for a double, (you purchased a king) which is less than you paid for this item. You had to option to return the item but refused as you stated you really needed it.
