    Hi - we have only recently started to use the Global Shipping Programme - and it does seem that what you say is what we have ascertained, and good reasons why we are less than satisfied with it as a shipping service. The only upside is eBay do deal with all the Custom/Import issues etc for buyers which is a benefit.
