The seller also refused to cancel my order and provide a refund. I finally received a refund through eBay’s Buyer Protection Program after complaining to eBay. I commend eBay for bringing this saga to an end. I’ve been on eBay for over 20 years, and this is by far is the worst transaction I have ever had on this platform.
