I purchased from what should be the closest seller to me (550kms) and it took 13 days. It doesn't take 13 days for something to come from Vic to Tas. There is nothing on the crushed packaging to tell me that it is ceramic, and is more than likely, a standard hotend. No doubt it will be the post fault as usual. Only wish I could give more negative points. Not happy Jan.
