However, overall, I am pleased with the product.

However, after turning it on, I found that the laptop had been used for 2 months. When turning it on, I found that the sound did not work. The seller did not check it before sending it. I had to call a repairman to fix the problem. I hope eBay will review our conversation messages and investigate the matter accordingly.
