Good points:- Powerful laptop, higher processor than advertised. Well packed. Bargain price. Bad points:- More scratches than shown on the lid and dented, does not affect performance. Ordered on 7th March arrived 18th, 1-2 day delivery stated in ad. However, overall, I am pleased with the product.

Polite, professional, and with great communication. While this had to be refunded due to issues with parts, they were by no means the fault of the seller and he was up front with the exact cause. Were it not for an impending deadline I would have happily given him more time for the laptop to arrive.

The laptop was delivered in 2 weeks. The laptop was declared as new, unpacked and never used. However, after turning it on, I found that the laptop had been used for 2 months. When turning it on, I found that the sound did not work. The seller did not check it before sending it. I had to call a repairman to fix the problem. It was a gift for my son's birthday and it was inconvenient to return it and then wait for them to fix it or send a new one.

The buyer claimed to have paid £50 for home repair services to fix a sound issue—without contacting me first. He also stated that the issue was related to BIOS settings, which I find hard to believe. I asked which company performed the service, but received no response. I still offered a £20 partial refund as a goodwill gesture. After not receiving the full £50, he left an unfair and misleading review. I hope eBay will review our conversation messages and investigate the matter accordingly.
