Had to have before I left for 6 weeks as it was a gift for my partner while on the trip. HOWEVER, seller felt terrible about the error. Full amount of the purchase and shipping was refunded immediately upon learning of the issue, saying not to return the item, but to keep it, which wasn't necessary but appreciated. This didn't work out, but would order again from this seller without hesitation.
