      Measured across the seams, the bag is 13" x 10" x 3", not 14" x 11" x 4". That's the best way to give the dimensions; buyers will know that the bag will expand beyond that. Starting with dimensions with the bag somewhat expanded might give the buyer the idea it will hold more than it will. This is especially true with the depth of the bag . There's a significant difference between 4 in. and 3 in. But it's a nice bag and I can still use it.
