There was initially a mistake made on his part in terms of receiving the wrong item, however he was exceptional with the way he handled it. He owned up to his mistake and sent me the correct item free of charge and let me keep the wrong item! He messaged back very quickly and was great at communicating. Item was in perfect condition, and was bubble wrapped to prevent damages. Would buy again!!
