    Shipped quickly and packaged well. I was a little disappointed because the inside laptop pocket is pulling away from the backpack. (see pictures) This wasn't in the description or the pictures, so I was bummed. It does look like it could be fixed pretty easily, but really would have liked to know that ahead of time, especially since I spend $50 (including $10 shipping) for a used backpack. The rest of it is in good condition. The seller did respond quickly when I made an offer on the item.
