I rec'd the first card for my Pioneer AVH-4500 unit and, for whatever reason, it did work (did not boot up). Contacted the seller, who quickly provided some suggestions, which did not correct the problem. Seller then volunteered to send - and promptly sent - a second card. Installed the new card to today, and unit now works fine. Also, seller's photographs of how to install card are quite useful - be sure to check them out.

After speaking to the technician or customer support (who has reached out to me first) and explained my situation and not working. He got things sorted and work accordingly. Sent me the second sd card at not extra cost to me and this time, they made it works. 5 stars review.
