Thank you!Reply from: handinhandconsignments- Feedback replied by seller handinhandconsignments.- Feedback replied by seller handinhandconsignments.It is hard to believe that a Swarovski Bear wrapped in the original thick foam and in the original cylinder case then cushioned and packed into a separate shipping box could have been damaged in transit. The foam is approx. 1" thick and when the bear is rolled in the foam, the thickness is even greater leaving no space in the original cylinder for movement. I think it is more likely that the Buyer may have dropped it while opening or had a broken one she wanted to replace. My opinion.
