    Different fragrance

    I was a bit disappointed with this shampoo. How well is preserves my hair color, remains to be seen. But I thought it actually dried out my hair. Also, I'm not crazy about the fragrance. But with Aveda products, that can be a matter of individual taste. I'll rate it again after I finish the bottle. I am also using the matching color conserve conditioner with this shampoo.

    Not for Fine or Thin hair

    I usually love Aveda products including some of the shampoos. However, if you have fine or thinning hair this is not a good product choice for you. I makes hair very silky and soft and hard to get any body in it, making it hard to style.

    Worth the price

    I'm a big fan of Aveda products. The quality is unmistakable and worth the price. I have used Color Conserve Shampoo for years and it is gentle on my colored hair, but definitely cleans well. Wouldn't use any other shampoo.
