    Grill arrived damaged. I sent pictures of the damage as soon as it arrived but the seller did not refund or replace despite acknowledging the damage.     We'd like to send Benz logo for replacing damaged one, but buyer ask for whole new set with grille for replacement . buyer also will NOT send defective one to USA warehouse for replacemnt, and refused to open a case in ebay to processing the defective case. unwelcome buyer.
