It was express post so I had to pay but , my goodness it was worth every penny. If you suffer from neck pain and discomfort is pillow is a game changer. Very, very happy with my purchase and very happy to give good feedback when it is deserved

This time I have issue with the delivery confirmation date does not go as planned, they confirmed for delivery 25 or 26 March but nothing till 28 March so I have to email them to check out for us and they reply very quick and take action to check with the delivery contractor and they final located the items for delivery Sunday 30th March.
