    Understanding The Real Joe

    Exceptional smooth read into the life of Davd Ian Jackson (later to become Joe Jackson) from childhood, to coming of age, to adult. Insightful into the musical lyrics written by Joe Jackson in some of his earlier songs. We recently were fortunate to see him perform in downtown Los Angeles a couple weekends ago needless to say he is still a sensational artist, but now after reading most of his memoir I understand that he was God given the ingenious gift of music at a very early age. My view has completely changed on the man that once appeared cocky and indifferent to his audience, he was actually the very opposite intelligent, witty sense of humor with keen perception. I can't put the book down!
