Synopsis
Compiled by Alwin Schroeder, a former cellist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and an experienced teacher, this collection of 80 exercises constitutes the first book of a three-volume set. Schroeder drew upon his extensive experience to create original études for instructing students, and in this work he combines them with several others by his distinguished nineteenth-century European colleagues: Karl Schröder. Ferdinand Büchler, Friedrich Dotzauer, Auguste Franchomme, Friedrich Grützmacher, and Sebastian Lee. The carefully selected studies are arranged in order of increasing complexity, and Schroeder provides suggestions for fingering, bowing, and dynamics. Cello students and teachers will find these exercises a splendid resource for the improvement of technique and performance., Compiled by a former Boston Symphony Orchestra cellist and experienced teacher, these 80 exercises constitute the first book of a three-volume set. 3 CD set “Romantic Flute and Guitar” absolutely new, sealed, as stated in the ad. The discs were very well, securely and carefully wrapped in bubble packaging and placed in a cardboard box, as a result they were not damaged during transportation and delivery. The seller is honest and respectable. Very pleased with the purchase. Thank you very much!

Shipped right away. Arrived in a timely manner. Was packaged well bubble wrapped even though it probably wasn't necessary exactly what I wanted was a little expensive for the condition it was in the one edge of the packaging was open and yellowed but I think it'll work for my purposes I'm just tickled to death that I found paper that matched what I already have and it is probably 20 years old
