    06/20/25 Just as described, item was new, still in the wrapping, a little dent on the box. Came earlier that originally expected, tracked on UPS. I was able to get my project done on the same day. Tool worked perfectly!! This tool was less than half the price at HD. Yes, the crimping dye can occasionally stick to the crimp ring. but that was not a problem for me. I think it is the nature of crimping. VERY happy with purchase. I would do it again, The seller is very dependable.

    When I opened the shipping packaging I was worried at first, because the original box's lid was taped up with clear packaging tape. After cutting that and unpacking the unit, it seems like the tape was only applied to ensure the package doesn't open by itself, since the unit did not show any signs of prior use. Unit is as described, packaging was appropriate and shipping was fast. Thank you.
