Okay, let's start with the customer service. Customer service is awesome! I asked them a question, they immediately responded in a kind, understanding, and helpful way. They told me what I needed to know and they helped me very well. Shipping was amazing, it got here within a week. And I'm very grateful for how well they packaged the Xbox one. I was kind of worried about how it would handle the journey but they packaged it very well. The power supply was shipped separately but I don't really mind that. Both got here at the same time. And they were very kind about the whole situation. They gave me tracking numbers for both. Now, on to the console itself. The console pretty much looks brand-new, there's very little scratches on it. But when you're buying refurbished there's bound to be expected scratches and stuff... but I was surprised how very little there actually is. They seem to do very good work. And it turned on beautifully. I used my phone to operate the screen with SmartGlass.(no controller yet) I looked around a bit, and it worked perfectly. I don't have a controller yet, so I couldn't play a game, so I can't really say anything on gameplay. Note: Yes, this particular Xbox One does not come with a controller, but however I do not know if that will change in the future, I am just telling you about my experience. It not coming with a controller does not really bother me very much because I knew beforehand that it does not come with the controller, it is how it is described. It doesn't bother me because I can just get a controller myself, they're not that expensive. The power box looks brand new, works great, plugs in great. I really wanted to give a good honest review on everything because I really like the seller. And hope their business is blessed. However that does not mean that I would be dishonest about the product if it was bad, but thankfully they are good on their word, and I would definitely buy from them again. Welp I wasted 75 Bucks
So the item was an Xbox One Original. The item was used and said to have only a busted corner from perhaps a drop of some kind. Instead when I recieved ot the who front panel was busted off and the wireless button was broken so I couldn't connect controllers if I tried. Not only was the product trashed compared to the picture, there were dead bugs and junk in my package! I'm not a happy poor person. ((The pictures were taken after I attempted to reattach the front panel. I was only successful in pushing the middle back on slightly.))

best replacement console
I bought this console for my work. I did not want to pay for a new one since i had one at home and figured I never would have a xbox one here until i found this listing! It was perfect for the price and could not find anything cheaper on Ebay, where you get everything except a controller which I already had. Good deal
Although this product had medium scratches and scrapes, it performs like a new unit. I haven't had a problem yet. It came in a secure box with bubble wraps to protect it. Not the one pictured.

Look wise its great does get a little too hot sometimes but overall my son is having a blast and that all that matters
graphics are great tons of fun games to choose from, the only complaint I have is that it being only 500GB, I thought yes I would probably run out of space, however the games are SO big that you can only fit a few on there before you find yourself deleting other games to make room for new games. I guess there is one more thing I didn't know about prior to buying is weather you buy the game as a hard disk or a purchase through the game store you still have to download the game through the disk i guess I'm a bit old school in the since than if you have a disk copy of the game that you don't have to download the entire game from the disk like you would a digital download which I why I thought I would not fill up the 500GB space a quickly, but when a disk takes up just as much space as a digital download than ,I really don't see the point in buying a game in disk formVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Controller was in terrible shape
The console works just fine, but the controller has various issues: the shoulder buttons were out of place and loose, the right stick drags upward making many games impossible or difficult to play, and the connection to the Xbox didn't seem to work very well either. Bad missing most internal items
bubble wrap and package was good that was about it it was listed as "no power" console only poorly listed for a Xbox of lost parts. items missing in console was not listed. this was heavily picked through and then all items place inside to do more damage in item during shipping. missing all side plastic, missing most screws, missing flex cable for power, eject and sync button. missing antenna cable for from front PCB for WIFI PCB. component lifted off the motherboard from the Disc Drive thrashing around and no HHD
