    Athearn 200 ton crane.

    Is it durable, Yes if taken care of. It is one of those items that has working parts that require attention if you do more than let it sit as part of the scenery. The cable (String) will tangle easily , and the places where you put the crank to lift or lower the boom will wear easily. I use a small screw driver on mine, it grips better. Do I recommend it? Yes, more for a static display on your layout, or else where. Is it entertaining? For the most part, yes. It adds to the scenery.
