The Arizona heat (118°F!) cooked the battery during shipping, but a new, cool, sunburn-free battery fixed it right up. Great communication, fast shipping, i would highly recommend this seller for anyone looking for a copper invicta clock like mine! Thank you, thank you for the care you took getting this clock to me.

Instead of opening the box, I contacted the seller and described this problem. Seller was very accommodating offered me a discount. I did wait to open the box and the ordered was correct but there was a missing piece, which was one of the reasons why I shipped back.
