Upon opening packaging, I found the box crushed, and when I removed heater out of its unworthy packaging, found it rattles inside.
Sounds like something broken inside.
Plugged it in, and it works, however it would be great to point out that the item should have been better packaged as the human monkeys that process and deliver packages thru out the world, are useless and obviously careless.

Seller saying that they would like to refund & that the motherboard was lost by the postal company. I have a pic showing that there is no proof that it was scanned when 'posted'. I also have a pic showing that the item has been relisted at a higher price. I feel like this is a case of, trying to get me to pay more (DO NOT BUY FROM I WONT BE) was refunded but i brought more items
to go with this motherboard {16GB of ram , 4 to 8 pin plug , tower } NOT HAPPY
