Cocoboyeah. Very Very frustrating company to deal with. Poor communication from their end. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I purchased lots of moving heads/dj lighting and 1 did not work and had no power cord with it . It took a lot of messages for them to understand and then they were ignorant. Only for ebay and thank you ebay �� so much for your help and understanding that the problem is now solved. If you are ever in doubt contact ebay and they will help you 100%..

The worst seller I have ever dealt with! Had a light arrive faulty out of the box. Not powering up so the seller asked me to unscrew it, take it apart and check further. I refused as I’m not qualified and I didn’t want to void warranty yet they asked me 3 times. Completely unethical seller. I bought 4 lights and I am now returning all of them and I will buy from a more reputable seller.
