This is simply not true. We asked the buyer to send the faulty side back at our cost for us to inspect and test the "faulty" item, They refused to do that and expected us to send a replacement first. If this was a cheap item then we normally would. But since this is a $400 item, we will need to first verify that the item is faulty before replacing. Please don't question our integrity and state we refused to send a replacement when you do not want to return a product that you claim is faulty.
