      This memory worked perfectly in a circa 2011 Dell Optiplex 380 tower, even though the Dell specs said the limit was 4GB total. (2x2GB) The vendor was a big help confirming that the memory would work before I bought it, to avoid an unnecessary return. If you do this, be sure to update the 380 BIOS to the latest available. Otherwise the memory may not be recognized. (AND, Windows 10 won't recognize a 2nd hard drive installed either, even though the PC does. The BIOS update fixed that too.)
