I feel that this is one of the most complete workouts I have ever done. It is not easy, but you will progress. Every time I do this workout I realize how much farther it can take me. Lisa Bennett is a great instructor. She is good at explaining where and how you should be in each pose, and why. It is a one hour complete body workout. I actually bought this disc as a back up in case something happens to the one I already have!

This is a great intermediate yoga session. While the instructor offers two versions, a moderate and more advanced practice, I think both require a bit of previous yoga experience. I especially liked the fact that the instructor focuses on breath and reminds the viewer to breathe, especially during the more difficult poses (when I had inadvertently decided to hold my breath). The session is pretty balanced in postures and poses and both versions will get your heart rate up as well as offer a full body stretch workout!
I've enjoyed this video immensely -- my favorite of about four yoga videos I have done in the past (bought it a month ago and have done is 2-3 times a week since). The instructor is terrific and her high/low impact team offers a straight-forward method for improvement. Lots of quad building, which was very strenuous when I started but has since gotten easier. And all of it filmed in a beautiful setting!
I've had this DVD for years, I bought this copy for a friend. Great strength training routine and definitely challenging. It's kept me in shape for a long, long time.

I have been doing yoga for several years and I attend classes once a week. I bought this dvd because I need to do it more often than once a week. I am trying to practice more at home. This dvd is quite a workout and is very fast paced. If you are looking for something that will make you sweat and pant by the end of the dvd, then this is it. If you are looking for a relaxing yoga dvd, this is definitely not it. I feel this yoga dvd is a little too advanced for me because of the fast pace. I know all the poses, but quick yoga movements are not enjoyable for me.
