      More form than function.

      Nicely made product but unfortunately the fit is very loose meaning there is a considerable amount of play in the steering when fitted. Looks good but fails on the operation.

      Exxelent looks and fitment but poor material choice.

      The steering set is beautifully machined and fits perfectly yet the center post is soft alloy and will strip out as soon as you put a high torque servo near it. I thought it may have been a fault with the first set so ordered another and had the same problem. Dissapointing and not good value for money at all. Avoid at all cost !!

      Ok but not great

      Very hard to get it to grip properly as the 'flats' at each end are too shallow - would be better if the flats projected all the way through.

      Essential CC01 upgrade

      I cannot praise this item enough, it is beautifully made, the listing picture doesnt do it justice, the machining is exquisite. This is a full metal upgrade. There is a nice steel bearing at the top of the shaft which goes through the chassis and another at the bottom, in fact every metal on metal connection begins and ends with a nice quality steel bearing. Installation is very straight forward. I actually spent more time fine tuning it than i did fitting it. The end result is a steering mechanism which functions as good as it looks.
