Good For Small Areas
This is ideal for small areas, such as the wheels. I also find it useful for foaming the bottom half of the car, to soften the salt in winter. You could foam a complete car, but it would require a lot of pumping. You can usually foam a panel before it needs pumping again. If you want to foam complete car regularly, the larger version would be better.

OK for whheels
Bought this IK 1.5 foamer due to good reviews. Wanted a foamer which took the hassle out of assembling a pressure washer every time I washed my car. This foamer does foam quite well, but requires too much pumping to foam an entire vehicle conveniently, and 750 ml of product seems to only be enough to foam one side of a medium sized vehicle therefore requires filling at least 3 times so is not much less hassle than just getting the pressure washer out. Therefore ... as the title suggests ... it’s only really suitable in my opinion to foam/clean small areas or wheels. I haven’t tried the larger version, and I don’t intend to, but this may be a better option for those wanting a foamer to cover an entire vehicle.Bought this IK 1.5 foamer due to good reviews. Buy the best foam applicator
this hand pressure form applicator is very robustly built to a high quality. Just a few drops of Poorboys foam liquid in 1 litre of water produced foam that covered the whole car below the windows where there is more grim to remove specially round the wheel arches. You have to maintain high pressure to get an-effective foam spray so you do have to keep pumping the pressure after spraying each panel of the car. Allow the foam to stand for about 10 minutes and then wash it off with a pressure washer. this hand pressure form applicator is very robustly built to a high quality. Excellent well built product! Will foam whole car if its a small car, sports car or small hatchback. Have to repump 5 times to do 100% job. But foams even better than expected. If its a bigger car, sedan or 4WD go for the bigger foam sprayer in the IK foam 9. Go for both if you can, you wont be dissapointed. If taken care of these pumps (storing them with no pressure in them) will last you a lifetime. I am very happy!Excellent well built product!
