The thing I like is that it has a really solid feel to it. That's something that is missing today with lots of equipment being made with plastic. The only thing to look out for is the chuck installation which is a compression fit. So you will need a bit of wood so you don't damage the chuck and a hammer to wack it on. Other than that it is a great unit.

However, on notifying seller was asked to repack product in original packaging to return. A return label was emailed to me and a pickup by courier organized. The ladders were collected by courier, returned to seller and new ones re-sent to me within a few days. Could not fault this seller in any way. Great customer service all round. Thanks.

Arrived in decent condtion in retail blister pack packaging. This was a little bit of a miracle though as there was absolutely NO packaging at all. The label was just slapped on the blister pack. Note to the seller: Add a couple of dollars extra to the price and actually put the product in a box before shipping. The blister packing is not designed to protect the item in postage.
