They simply never shipped the order and when attempting to chat they answered with statements not answering or related to my queation asked. Only reason i bothered is they were only had specific item i wanted. They did provide refund each time but of couse that is because EBay requires them to as otherwise they would refund it and take from seller and seller knows that. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
