Perfectly white and bright
I had heard lots of great things about this kit on the forums, and the pictures before and after looked very impressive. Although not exactly cheap, I was paying about $100 for bulbs that lasted only 3 to 6 months, and decided to spend up a little to get a superior product. Although they've only been in the car for a few weeks, the difference is (pardon the pun) light and day. I drive at night in rural areas without street lights, but there are just enough cars around that using high beam is often not possible. I was concerned about wildlife coming out of adjoining properties, and the standard globes were next to useless for this. This kit is fantastic, and I feel like I no longer need to use my high beams much at all. If I had the money, I would have bought the high beam and fog ... I own an XR8, and as white as the DRL's seemed before, this kit actually makes them look slightly yellow, so that shows just how white these are. Very impressed so far, and with a life of around 30,000 hours, I shouldn't ever really need to change them.
